UNCLE CLYDE´S COMEDY CONTEST - is LA's Longest Running Comedy Contest, and you pick the winners. There are Four Preliminary Rounds, in each preliminary round 10 comics each perform a six-minute set. A Special Guest Performer, Improv, Sketch or Musical Comedian is invited to perform at "Half Time" and at "Math Time" at the end of the show while the votes are being tallied. Each 1st place weekly winner receives $101 cash prize, 2nd place winners will receive a Professional DVD of their set or a gift certificate from a Local Restaurant or Sponsor, and 3rd place wins Clyde´s traditional Huge Side of French Fries.
The 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners from each preliminary round will be invited to perform in a Soup-Or-Bowl Finals Every Four Weeks. Each Soup-Or-Bowl winner receives $500.00 and a Professional Gig at Flappers Comedy Club, 2nd place winners prizes vary, and 3rd place will be Clyde´s traditional Huge Side of French Fries.
At the end of the Year we will hold the Clyde's Cup Grand Championship, a Four Week Finals Round that which will feature the top three finalists from each Soup or Bowl Round, competing for a chance at $2000 cash and the prestigious CLYDES CUP honor and trophy.

Award winning Actor/Comedian, Sean Tweedley, was head writer/producer for Canada´s top rated, longest running, "Late Night Talk Show" on CTV. He also enjoyed a successful 2 year run as host of the highly rated ´cult hit´ "Warm Up Show" on CTV/Comedy Network. In 2007, Tweedley landed a job as head writer of "Alf´s Big Late Night Talk Show" for TV Land/MTV. Shortly after that he was recruited by the Funny or die offshoot "Bluecollarordie.com" to write and star in web series internet videos with Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy and Bill Engvall. In 2009, Tweedley returned to TV as host of "The Limo Show", a comedy/talk show that takes place inside a stretch limo, complete with guests and a four piece band. Jose Barrientos never took life seriously.. And as a result has been fired from every job he's ever had. Desperate for better life Jose Joined the United States ARMY. Four years later of trying to live the soldier lifestyle Jose realized the truth. From his Basic Training, to his final deployment to Iraq, Jose was designed to kill. With laughter. First by impersonating his drill instructors, to later commandeering the US ARMY Radio waves in Iraq to speak to his fellow troops as one of his many impersonations. Upon his release, Jose began to pursue a career as a stand-up comic (in other words, a subway employ or Starbucks barista) Performing in many A-List Comedy clubs in San Diego. 6 months later he relocated to Los Angeles, CA. Like a clean Tenacious D, this all original comedy rock 'band' has only one band member, Grant Baciocco. The rest of the members of seem to be figments of Grant´s imagination. A Throwing Toasters set features all original songs about daily observations; lines at A.T.M. machines, people who give away the endings of movies and the legal side of Nursery Rhymes.
