He traded in his uniform and health care benefits for open mics and chicken tenders and only regrets it sometimes when it’s late and he can’t sleep.

Alex Powers is an American-Israeli stand-up comedian, television writer, and model. As a comic, she has been described as a â€"pervy, middle-aged man trapped in the body of a cute Jewish lesbian.†Her stand-up has been characterized as edgy, unpredictable, and remarkably smart.
