Carlos Alazraqui is not just the face of Deputy James Garcia on Comedy Central's "Reno 911!" he has also been a stand up comedian for over 15 years, providing the voices of Rocko and Spunky on Nickelodeon's "Rocko's Modern Life, Mr. Weed and of course the voice of Gidget "The Taco Bell Chihuahua" just to name just a few. Hear him again as the voice of Nestor, the Latin Penguin in Happy Feet 2.
