Growing up in a house full of hilarious relatives, she's had to fight tooth and nail to find her place in the "ha-ha" spotlight. She's worked many jobs in the LA arts scene trying to find her place. Amanda started doing comedy when she was 17 and before she finished college in Pittsburgh she was showcasing at clubs and colleges across the midwest, including many clubs that don't exist anymore. She studied improv at the Second City Conservatory in Chicago, then an epiphany in 2015 reminded her she was a comedian. After a couple of years in the Chicago scene, she's now based in LA and has showcased at Zanies and The Laugh Factory in Chicago, Flappers in Burbank, the Improv, the Comedy Store, and other venues.

She has performed in Washington DC, San Diego, and all over LA, including at Flappers Comedy Club, The Ice House, The Hollywood Improv, The Comedy Store, and on the Kill Tony podcast. She’s performed in Pune, Chennai, and Mumbai, India, including at the Canvas Laugh Club. A native of Ireland, Emma Pyne is a comedian, actor and writer. She began writing comedy in 2006 and performed with a sketch group at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2007 and 2008. Her edgy standup comedy is often peppered with profanities but for an Irish person she says this is actually a good thing; it means we really like you! And anyway, all bad words sound better with an Irish accent. She is an award-winning actor and is currently starring in the film, Angels On Tap, with Ed Asner, Jamie Farr and Marion Ross, out now on Amazon.
She has a BA in fashion design and an MA in journalism and at college in Ireland she was part of a glam-rock covers band called The Alvin Purple Experience. She currently lives in West Hollywood with her pet sock.
