Jodi Miller has been performing Stand Up comedy all over the country for over 16yrs, and has also done 4 military tours including going overseas to entertain the troops in Afghanistan.
She was just on Season 9 of America’s Got Talent where she received a standing ovation from all four of the judges! She’s recentley been seen on Gotham Comedy Live and Comics Unleashed and was a reoccurring guest commentator on CNN’s Showbiz Tonight. Also been seen on The Tonight Show, Comedy Central, TRU TV, SyFy, GSN and Playboy Plus.
Jodi was writer on the Cinemax series Co-Ed Confidential and is also the co-author of the WTF Series: WTF College, WTF Work & WTF Women SRSLY WTF, WTF America and OMG: GUYS all available in stores and online now. And just in case you were wondering, yes she has a cat!

We value the importance of creating a positive and supportive comedy community, and in order to continue to provide opportunities, we are asking all comedians and guests to observe the following code of ethics:
Funny: *PG to PG-13 comedy at the open mics - because the open mics (especially the bar shows) are in shared areas where guests from the mainroom shows (sometimes all ages) are located, we are asking comedians to air on the side of working clean. If you are not sure whether or not your joke is clean or dirty, it’s dirty. It doesn’t need to be squeaky clean, but shouldn’t be any crazier than something you’d see on a Tonight Show set.
*Please do not scream or yell at the top of your lungs. You have a microphone to amplify you. Our rooms are soundproof, but there are other shows already in progress.
Professional: *Please do not bring in ANY outside food or beverage. It’s not allowed any place in the building. Order something to eat or drink with us!
*Please do not bring in any backpacks or anything larger than a purse. This is for security and safety reasons. Keep it in the trunk of your car, please!
*Please treat the staff, comedians, and guests with courtesy and respect.
*Please respect the space. Do not walk through a room to get to another room. Please go and stay in the area where you are performing. If there is a buffet set up for a party or large event, chances are, it’s not your party. Please don’t eat off of any buffets or any special set ups.
Supportive *We are asking all comedians to pay a $5 ticket to the open mic and to observe a one-item minimum per person. Comics must be passed by the booking department in order to receive the sign-up links. There are no walk-up performers allowed. The Auditions will continue to remain free and open to all.

Hello, 70% of my act is in the funny range. I realized this, while exploring Tarzana. I don't understand the human condition, so I joke about it. Some folks say I'm too random, which is not funny, but then they laugh. My most memorable comic experience was...trying to genuinely convince the audience that we 100% exist. I used to teach mathematics, was a State Assembly Staffer (East SF Valley) and campaign adviser (really), worked in real estate (and fake estate), and currently sell my abstract acrylics. And sponges really freak me out, so I can't go anywhere if they are there. Lastly, I'm making up my own language, because every language is made up anyway. Originally from Indianapolis, at the age of 19, Drew Lynch moved to Los Angeles with aspirations of becoming an actor, then an unexpected softball accident just a year into his acting career left him with a severe stutter and crushed his hopes of ever performing again.
