We value the importance of creating a positive and supportive comedy community, and in order to continue to provide opportunities, we are asking all participants to observe the following code of ethics:
Funny: *PG to PG-13 comedy at the open mics - because the open mics (especially the bar shows) are in shared areas where guests from the mainroom shows (sometimes all ages) are located, we are asking comedians to air on the side of working clean. If you are not sure whether or not your joke is clean or dirty, it’s dirty. It doesn’t need to be squeaky clean, but shouldn’t be any crazier than something you’d see on a Tonight Show set.
*Please do not scream or yell at the top of your lungs. You have a microphone to amplify you. Our rooms are soundproof, but there are other shows already in progress.
Professional: *Please do not bring in ANY outside food or beverage. It’s not allowed any place in the building. Order something to eat or drink with us!
*Please do not bring in any backpacks or anything larger than a purse. This is for security and safety reasons. Keep it in the trunk of your car, please!
*Please treat the staff, comedians, and guests with courtesy and respect.
*Please respect the space. Do not walk through a room to get to another room. Please go and stay in the area where you are performing. If there is a buffet set up for a party or large event, chances are, it’s not your party. Please don’t eat off of any buffets or any special set ups.
Supportive *We are asking all comedians to pay a $5 ticket to the open mic and to observe a one-item minimum per person. We’re doing our best to keep the mics as affordable as possible, given the current challenging economic climate. The Auditions will continue to remain free and open to all.

Jaylin Eaves was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. As one of five, she quickly found her voice as the animated and comedic one of the family. Though she always maintained a passion for acting, Jaylin officially began her career while enrolled at the University of Rhode Island, starring in plays and short films. Shortly after obtaining her degree, Jaylin moved to Los Angeles to fully commit to an acting career. Her peers quickly identified her natural ability to make others laugh and she’s since added stand-up to her list of talents. The Orgins of Hugo Galaxy are still unknown, raised by a random family Philippines who moved back to America when Galaxy was around 3 (his real age has never been recored). Galaxy finally decided to pilgrimage down to the west coast and arrived at the Mecca of Stand up - Los Angeles, where he now constantly hones and perfects his unique blend of other-worldly observation and outer-world absurdity. Comedian Roger J. Timber CHRISTMAS IN MISSISSIPPI, BLACK-ISH, SPEECHLESS, JOE DIRT 2, LAW AND ORDER
Roger J. Timber was born in Monroe, LA. Growing up, Roger was outspoken, fearless, witty, and faith driven. He was always told that he was different. An eighth grade short science film was the beginning of Roger�s path to become an actor and entertainer.
Roger went on to graduate from Rayville High School in 2000. He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and graduated in 2003 with a liberal arts degree. Following his dream, Roger began work at Walt Disney World in Florida. From there he moved to Minnesota to be a part of a children�s theatre tour.
Still feeling incomplete, Roger began to focus more on acting in movies and television shows. Since then, he has appeared in �Black-ish,� �Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser,� and �Zombie Shark.� He is also the author of a children�s book series, �The Adventures of Relle and Ellis.� Roger is married with 2 children.
