Comedians: comedians must come to the auditions and be passed to perform. Upon being passed, comedians will receive the link to sign up. Comedians must arrive by start of mic in order to participate. Comedians may no longer sign up at the start of the mic, but must ign up in advance ONLINE only. NOTE: purchasing the ticket below does NOT include performance - this is for guests only. We value the importance of creating a positive and supportive comedy community, and in order to continue to provide opportunities, we are asking all comedians and guests to observe the following code of ethics:
Funny: *PG to PG-13 comedy at the open mics - because the open mics (especially the bar shows) are in shared areas where guests from the mainroom shows (sometimes all ages) are located, we are asking comedians to air on the side of working clean. If you are not sure whether or not your joke is clean or dirty, it’s dirty. It doesn’t need to be squeaky clean, but shouldn’t be any crazier than something you’d see on a Tonight Show set.
*Please do not scream or yell at the top of your lungs. You have a microphone to amplify you. Our rooms are soundproof, but there are other shows already in progress.
Professional: *Please do not bring in ANY outside food or beverage. It’s not allowed any place in the building. Order something to eat or drink with us!
*Please do not bring in any backpacks or anything larger than a purse. This is for security and safety reasons. Keep it in the trunk of your car, please!
*Please treat the staff, comedians, and guests with courtesy and respect.
*Please respect the space. Do not walk through a room to get to another room. Please go and stay in the area where you are performing. If there is a buffet set up for a party or large event, chances are, it’s not your party. Please don’t eat off of any buffets or any special set ups.
Supportive *We are asking all comedians to pay a $5 ticket to the open mic and to observe a one-item minimum per person. Comics must be passed by the booking department in order to receive the sign-up links. There are no walk-up performers allowed. The Auditions will continue to remain free and open to all.

Rachelle Lauzon began her comedy career only three years ago in Toronto, Canada where she quickly became one of the fastest rising newcomers in the country. In addition to touring western Canada, she has made several festival appearances including Just for Laughs Toronto where she had the pleasure of opening for Morgan Murphy, The Blue Whale Comedy Festival in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the Oddblock Comedy Festival in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Hollywood Reporter named Nick Vatterott one of the “break-outs” at his Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival debut. Since then he's been on Conan, Fallon, Comics Unleashed, AXS TV, What's your f@%king deal, Red Eye, TRU TV, BTN, and has a half hour special on Comedy Central. Nick was a producer/writer/performer on Comedy Central’s stand-up sketch hybrid show Mash Up. He's written for MTV, the Critic's Choice Awards and GORBURGER. His album FOR AMUSEMENT ONLY was named one of the TOP TEN albums of the year by Vulture, Laughspin and Splitsider. Splitsider also recently highlighted him in their "ON THE VERGE" series.
