Titelman wrote and acted in Lemons Are for Emergencies Only, which was performed in her own kitchen in Los Angeles in 2006 before appearing at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2007. Her play In Tubes was produced at HERE Arts in NYC, and her solo show Filthy was performed at experimental Los Angeles theater Machine Project in 2015. She is a graduate of Upright Citizens Brigade, and is best known for her regular appearances as a roundtable panelist on Chelsea Lately, as well as her roles on Parks and Recreation, New Girl and Veronica Mars.

She is one half of the creative team behind the comedy duo GinBlo Productions, for which she is also a writer, producer and actress. Laura is also an accomplished singer who performed off-broadway in the original musical, Waiting for Laura, as well as in the first ever theatrical production to be performed in the Avalon Theater on Catalina Island. Jaye McBride has performed stand-up all over the country, sharing the stage with stars like Aziz Ansari & Jim Norton. In addition to stand-up, Jaye has written, produced and acted in a variety of short films. When not performing on-stage or on-screen Jaye writes "The Comedy Blog" for the Albany's Times Union and speaks at colleges all across the country with her lecture about being transgender called "Trans 102: the Chamber of Secrets".
Having transitioned in 2007, Jaye is uniquely qualified to talk about awkward first dates, strained family relationships and self-acceptance. Make no mistake though, Jaye McBride is not a gimmick or one-trick pony. She is one genuinely funny lady!
