Susan Sassi is originally from a suburb in South Jersey. She began her career as a Musical Theatre performer and starred in over twenty musicals. This stand-up comedian and professional Cathy (The Cartoon) impersonator, has an extremely cartoony sounding voice and animated performance style. Her stand-up comedy explores the pain and insecurity she felt growing up with a learning disability. She also enjoys poking fun of her helicopter mom relationship with her two overdramatic cats, which has led to many dating fails. Brian grew up in Prince George's county Maryland, riding the bus to school where comedy was the ultimate factor in deciding social status. Mostly, he just tried to avoid being embarrassed by the popular kids and the foul-mouthed big-banged girls that followed them. But he was learning by osmosis, picking up on what was funny and what was just swagger, which jokes made everybody laugh, and which ones just unified the cool clique in their superiority. He couples this experience with the pop culture expertise of a TMZ veteran to write material that's incisive, ridiculous, and surprising. Monica Nevi is a native of Washington State, having grown up about 20 minutes south of Seattle. The product of a wonderfully humorous family and diverse background, she went on to earn a degree from Seattle University majoring in wearing sweats to class. A collegiate basketball player, after injuries ended her career she decided to move forward with the obvious next option for a woman in her 20s and pursue her love of stand-up comedy. After starting and performing for the duration of her time in college and beyond Monica has continued to perform all over the country. Monica has had the privilege of performing in the Bridgetown Comedy Festival and her hour long solo show at Bumbershoot.
