Moderator Kaja Martin

Kaja Martin is a touring stand-up comedian and online personality whose talents in comedy, writing, and directing entertain millions of viewers. Kaja just wrapped writing on the new comedic series Starter Pack (premiering Aug 20th) and Co-Directing the drama Guilty Party Season 2. Both of which are part of the AT&T Hello Lab Project in partnership with Fullscreen. Previously Kaja has helmed several successful online shows (The Equals Three Show, Top 6, Booze Lightyear, Comedians On, and Date Debate). She has also launched them into network platforms such as NETFLIX and Verizon Go90 with the original series, Riley Rewind and Miss Earth. In Film, Kaja has been fortunate enough to Executive Produce with brothers Jay & Mark Duplass for their 2015 comedy thriller, Manson Family Vacation. Currently she is teaching her dog Neptune a French bulldog, to read and write. It has been an incredibly slow process but rewarding says-Neptune

Panelist Randi Siegel
RANDI SIEGEL ENT., EVP TALENTDEVELOP-NAT LAM, COMIC RELIEF 2006
Randi Siegel is a long time Talent Manager, representing a select roster of comedy talent, and is a consultant for contract notes, social media strategy, script notes and developing standup material from stage to screen.
She has served as the EVP of Talent & Development at National Lampoon, Head of Special Projects & Marketing Initiatives for Comic Relief, Head of Alternative Comedy at The Fred Silverman Company, and as the Director of Comedy Relations & Content at MySpace. Earlier in her career, she is credited with being the script supervisor for three comedy albums including: Adam Sandler’s “What the Hell Happened to Me?” (Warner), Sandler’s “What’s Your Name?” (Warner) and Pauly Shore’s “Pink Diggly Diggly” (Priority). Siegel was a Casting Producer on “Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian (E!),” and is in her 16th year as an Adjunct Professor for Boston University, teaching “Talent Representation, Contracts & Strategy.”

Kevin Grosch is the co-founder and CEO of Made In, a media and technology company based on Nashville.
