When looking for or working with agents and managers, each comic has different needs and goals. There are talent, literary, personal appearance, social media and general (all areas) agents and managers. This panel brings a varied group of backgrounds and experience to the table.
We will discuss what we do, the differences in agencies and management firms, large vs. medium vs. small companies, how to attract representation, how to work as a team and how talent and reps can prosper together. We will also go over working with reps in other cities, getting your physical and online materials together and as in the past panels, we will offer friendly â€"dishing†of other reps.

Adam has produced several films, hosted 'Fight for Fame' on E! Entertainment Television, and has been a talent agent for decades. He's also been teaching a business class for actors at UCLA since 1993! His background as an agent for comedians and his love for comedy has informed his playfully sarcastic wit, and has driven him to the stand up comedy stage. Brianna Ancel has over 20 year's experience representing talent. After earning her BFA from UC Irvine, she joined Kazarian/Spencer & Associates in 1998 as an assistant and was promoted to Assistant Director of the Dance Department in 2000. In 2003, Brianna joined Clear Talent Group upon launch and created the Theatrical Department, which continues to thrive. She has been nominated for 3 consecutive years (2010-12) by the Talent Manager’s Association’s Seymour Heller Award for Adult Theatrical Agent of the Year.
