Let's do some funny business at the Burbank Comedy Festival! Every year, top celebrity headlining comedians, and over 200 of the hottest new talent from around the world, converge in Burbank, California for a full week of shows, industry panels, afterparties, classes, and more! Past performers have included Adam Carolla, Jeff Garlin, Jimmy Dore, Tom Segura, Christopher Titus, Carol Leifer, Kevin Pollak, and many more. The Burbank Comedy Festival offers the next generation of talent the opportunity to perform and connect with top entertainment professionals, to encourage the expansion live comedy into the community, and to do some funny business in Downtown Burbank!

Amanda started doing comedy when she was 17 and before she finished college in Pittsburgh she was showcasing at clubs and colleges across the midwest, including many clubs that don't exist anymore. She studied improv at the Second City Conservatory in Chicago, then an epiphany in 2015 reminded her she was a comedian. After a couple of years in the Chicago scene, she's now based in LA and has showcased at Zanies and The Laugh Factory in Chicago, Flappers in Burbank, the Improv, the Comedy Store, and other venues. Starting her career as a CPA with an MBA, she parlayed her quick wit and job experience on Wall Street to become a political humorist on many cable news and radio shows. Vickie Plummer is a tall, redheaded, comedian with a figure like the Pillsbury doughboy™ and the sweetness of the cinnamon buns to go along with it. A quirky storyteller with some whoppers of stories that leave audiences roaring with laughter and wanting to hang out over drinks after the show. A standup comedian in NYC from 2000 until 2007, Vickie decided to take a short break… that became a 12-year hiatus. Coming back in January 2019 meant starting all over...challenge accepted! Vickie is grateful to have had the opportunity to have performed with some of the funniest and most beloved comedians including Gary Gulman, Caroline Rhea, and Leighann Lord. He made his regional debut as a semi finalist in the 2019 World series of Comedy. Dan Levin was once nominated for funniest in high school so nine years later he decided to give comedy a shot. He grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and spent more than a decade working in TV news which started to feel like its own comedy show. The news took him to North Carolina for a few years than finally to Los Angeles. In L.A., Dan immediately began stand up comedy with his first show at the Hollywood Improv. Since that show, Dan has performed all over southern California and around the country. Along with stand up, Dan is also a TV/film actor who's worked on numerous projects since moving to L.A.
