Suwon Weaver

Suwon Weaver is a native from Los Angeles. Her comedy reflects her take on life, being Korean and mixed Black and also being a lesbian, or bi or pan. Growing up in the Valley, she spent countless hours watching I love Lucy and The Bob Newhart Show, where she developed both a silly and dry sense of humor that landed her in the principal’s office for being a 10 year old "smart-mouth”. Suwon i has performed in clubs all over the greater Los Angeles area including the Comedy Store, Levity Live and the Ice House and also is the producer of the the Hot Medusa Comedy Show since 2018. She has toured in Texas and also performed for ex-pats in S. Korea. In her spare time, she volunteers to fight Parkinson’s Disease and teaches gentle yoga to her Mom.
