Originally from Chicago, Mick Betancourt has appeared in the Chicago and Montreal Comedy Festival as well as numerous stand up appearances on NBC, HBO, TBS and Comedy Central. He has also written or produced such dramatic fair as The Black Donnellys, Law & Order: SVU, Detroit 187, Breakout Kings, The Mob Doctor or Necessary Roughness. He most recently played Sgt. Det. Hendricks in the Warner Brothers hit movie - Gangster Squad.

We value the importance of creating a positive and supportive comedy community, and in order to continue to provide opportunities, we are asking all comedians and guests to observe the following code of ethics:
Funny: *PG to PG-13 comedy at the open mics - because the open mics (especially the bar shows) are in shared areas where guests from the mainroom shows (sometimes all ages) are located, we are asking comedians to air on the side of working clean. If you are not sure whether or not your joke is clean or dirty, it’s dirty. It doesn’t need to be squeaky clean, but shouldn’t be any crazier than something you’d see on a Tonight Show set.
*Please do not scream or yell at the top of your lungs. You have a microphone to amplify you. Our rooms are soundproof, but there are other shows already in progress.
Professional: *Please do not bring in ANY outside food or beverage. It’s not allowed any place in the building. Order something to eat or drink with us!
*Please do not bring in any backpacks or anything larger than a purse. This is for security and safety reasons. Keep it in the trunk of your car, please!
*Please treat the staff, comedians, and guests with courtesy and respect.
*Please respect the space. Do not walk through a room to get to another room. Please go and stay in the area where you are performing. If there is a buffet set up for a party or large event, chances are, it’s not your party. Please don’t eat off of any buffets or any special set ups.
Supportive *We are asking all comedians to pay a $5 ticket to the open mic and to observe a one-item minimum per person. Comics must be passed by the booking department in order to receive the sign-up links. There are no walk-up performers allowed. The Auditions will continue to remain free and open to all.

Steve is originally from Dallas, Texas and has been performing stand up for many years. He has appeared in numerous TV commercials as well as TV shows such as 'Feud' on FX and 'Animal Kingdom' on TBS. He also completed several national tours opening for a Cristela Alonzo. Joyner got his start in comedy as a teen in high school in Washington D.C. After high school, Joyner attended South Carolina State University as a Theater major. Since then, he has went on to open and share the stage with several notable comedians such as Faizon Love and Jerry Seinfeld, and also performed at renowned comedy clubs like Gotham,The comedy store, and the Comic Strip. In addition to performing in shows, Joyner has launched a number of solo projects which include his one man show, �Why So Serious?�, that debuted at the Capital Fringe Festival in 2012..and he also performed at the Gilda Laughfest Comedy Festival in Grand rapids, Michigan. Mike Perkins is a comedian and producer that features all around the country at clubs like The Hollywood Improv, Comedy Works, and The Stand in NYC. He’s had the opportunity to work with comedians like Ahmed Ahmed, Whitney Cummings, and Melissa Villaseñor, to name a few. He’s been featured in many comedy festivals, winning Best of Fest at The Burbank Comedy Festival and a Semi-Finalist in The Boston Comedy Festival.
He also hosts and produces his own LIVE late night comedy talk show called Another Late Show Tonight! where he writes and performs new monologues, sketches, and interviews comedians and musicians from TV and around the country.
