Hal Sparks is an actor, comedian and political activist. As a member of the famed Second City Troupe, his quick wit and affable personality quickly gained him recognition and acclaim and he was named the â€"Funniest Teenager In Chicago” by the Chicago Sun Times. Sparks went on to host the Emmy Award- winning â€"Talk Soup” on E! Entertainment Television. He starred for five seasons on Showtime’s hit series â€"Queer As Folk” and appeared in the films â€"Extract,” â€"Spiderman 2” and â€"Dude, Where’s My Car?” Sparks recently starred in his own one hour Showtime comedy special, â€"Charmageddon,” which is now a best-selling DVD. He is a star commentator on VH1's popular â€"I Love the 80’s” series and can be hear every Wednesday on the nationally syndicated â€"Stephanie Miller Radio Show." His numerous other television appearances include â€"The Tonight Show,” â€"Larry King Live,” â€"Good Morning America,” â€"Jimmy Kimmel,” and MTV.

got my start out of college directing comedy shorts, my most successful film, Big Breakin’, screened at Best of Fest at Outfest 2012. I’ve written and directed shorts and web series for ABC Studios, the BBC, as well as for several independent live-action and animation production companies. I’ve been performing stand-up comedy in L.A. for the last two years and have gotten to play all over town, including The Comedy Store, Flappers, and the Super Secret Comedy Show at the Lyric Theatre. I also co-produce a monthly stand-up show called BASH alongside comedian Ellen Etten and writer/story-producer Jessica Lee Williamson.

Since making his debut as a stand up comedian in 2003 Gus Arredondo has known comedy was his calling. The roars of laughter and the thunderous applause he received that night was his mandate to pursue this new found passion. Between 2003 and 2010, Gus traveled the country and shared the stage with such esteemed comics as Carlos Mencia, Gabriel Iglesias, Aries Spears, Jon Lovitz and Dane Cook to name a few. He went on to establish himself as a solid, high energy comedian with a knack for painting a visual picture with his carefully chosen words. Through his live appearances and social media Gus has built a loyal following across the country and loves interacting with the people who come to his shows. At the end of 2010 Gus went on a 3 year hiatus but is now performing again and is better than ever.
