Lauren O’Brien is stand-up comic and writer originally from New Jersey. She is a former cohost of the top-rated morning radio program, The Mikey Show, in San Diego. She has opened for many nationally touring comics such as Jim Norton, Joey "Coco" Diaz, Mitch Fatel, Doug Stanhope, Fortune Feimster and more. She has appeared on SpikeTV, TBS, TLC and you can also see her in national commercials for Verizon, Walgreens, ESPN and more. Her writing has been featured in various publications such as The Huffington Post, The Comic Bible, Elle.com, Backstage.com and more. In 2013 Lauren won the Skyy Vodka's "Ocean Beach's Funniest Person Contest".
