Ryan has spent the last ten years working in the Los Angeles and Chicago entertainment scene where he has performed in theatre, improv, sketch comedy and hosted a children’s television program. His most notable performances would have to be his portrayals of the VD-ridden Tin Man in Healthworks Theatre’s production of “The Wizard of Aids”; the voice of Abdullah Smith in the theatrical audio release of “The Left Behind Series”; and the stylings of Dromio in the musical hip-hop Shakespearian adaptation, “The Bombitty of Errors”. He has also worked with the Steppenwolf Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Montana Shakespeare Festival and performed at the Kennedy Center. The kids’ TV show Ryan hosted, “Up N’ Running”, on UPN, beat out “The Bozo Show” for an Emmy Award.
