Amy Witry hails from Tipton, Iowa (population 3000). With only one stoplight in the county she spent her childhood eating corn, performing clown shows for her neighborhood, and recreating scenes from The Dukes of Hazzard.
In between bad dates and stoplights Amy hosts and performs at comedy clubs, festivals, charity events and in random backyards from Los Angeles to NYC. She has completed the entire writing program at Second City and The Groundlings. She´s also performed at Coachella.
Amy has season tickets to the New Orleans Saints and travels to the Big Easy for home games. In addition to being a professional sports fan she has also completed marathons, triathlons and she broke her face surfing in Costa Rica. She believes tailgating is an art and yes--she did attend Superbowl XLIV. For free. But that story is too long for a bio.
