Conceived and born in the Bronx to a beautiful Puerto Rican woman. Cicero's entertainment success and comedic stylings derive from his eclectic background. Inner city youth, goes to prestigious boarding high school (Lawrenceville) in NJ, then to Lehigh University where he played football and joined Chi Psi fraternity. Afterwards working in Manhattan and finally moving to LA. With his credits adding up quickly on TV and Film, Cicero's humor is about work/life balance, family and the oddities of human behavior...things that cross all bounds. His boyish charm yet old school views create and irony that is comedy.
