I’m a British, tea-drinking redcoat new to both Los Angeles and stand-up comedy. I was born in London, grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, lived in Amsterdam for a year (where I used to go to improv jams at Boom Chicago, a Second City affiliate), and then moved back to London for university. After running my own theatre company producing classical plays, I trained professionally as an actor at Drama Studio London (Forest Whitaker went there, and that’s our claim to fame). I’ve been a theatre and film actor ever since; highlights include touring Italy two years running with a travelling theatre company and starring in independent feature film ‘Prep School’ that shot in San Francisco last summer. A friend convinced me to get into stand-up just a couple months ago, so if you don’t think I’m funny, it’s his fault.
