It’s possible David Foster is the only comedian with a Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine who’s appeared on HBO, MTV, and Showtime, was arrested seven times as an adolescent, speaks Spanish fluently, performed Mama Said Knock You Out at his Bar-Mitzvah, and has a black belt in karate and a daily meditation practice. If that wasn’t too much to mentally digest then you’re ready for David’s uniquely cerebral brand of humor.
Born and raised in New York, David is one of the country’s funniest philosophers posing as a comic. While it’s become common for comedians to make fun of things like spirituaity, hip hop white guys, and “natural” forms of medicine, David cleverly conveys the opposite perspectives with a hilarious and unique charisma. Refreshing to listen to and a pleasure to watch, his career has progressed reasonably fast.
