Comedy prodigy, habitual liar, and South Carolina native, Joey Thompson, began his comedy journey at the age of 17 when his parent's told him that he should kill himself to better the world. Thompson recycled this new found dark energy into a bustling comedy career that revolved around making up stories about his family like the one above. With a background in video production Thompson's comedy videos have been featured twice on Comedy Central's "Tosh.0" and he garnered viral success with his YouTube video "How To Look Like Ryan Gosling". When he's not volunteering at homeless shelters or visiting nursing homes he's probably deep in a John Gresham novel looking for a funny quote that he can implore in his upcoming TedTalk about writing fake bios.
