Tony Soto is an Illinois native, growing up in the rural town of Clinton and ending up in Chicago for thirteen years. In Chicago he pursued theatre by attending Columbia College Chicago with a degree in directing. Quickly realizing there was no money in theatre he became a bartender at a local gay strip club and in that time he became a drag performer and starting hosting his first podcast, The Tony Soto Show, now in its fifth year. Since moving to Los Angeles, his drag career is going strong and he now hosts five monthly shows in the LA area and is a Silver Lake Icon. He also started a second podcast called The Gay Power Half Hour with comedian, Casey Ley. In his never ending quest to be broke he is now trying his hand at stand up comedy, and hopes you all kinda like him at least.
