Ian Ross Hughes overcame a poor upbringing in Detroit and Bipolar to get a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science as an academic librarian. Fueled by a love of comedy that he got while watching Saturday Night Live with his grandfather, he uses humor to destigmatize mental health issues like Bipolar and ADHD. Ian also uses his Library Science background to criticize how our culture mishandles information. In addition, his joke topics include his hobbies like collecting board games, watching superhero movies and animated shows, and his general self-loathing.
