Lisa is an accomplished stand up comic, writer, singer, actress and producer. Her first professional gig was singing at Tokyo Disneyland. She spent another few months singing on a cruise ship, followed by four years on the road with the 50's rock group "Sha Na Na". In 1995, some jackass at the Hollywood Improv told her, "pretty women can�t be funny" so Lisa created "Pretty, Funny Women"...the longest running all female comedy show in the world. She has appeared on Comics Unleashed, Stand up in Stilettos, The Montreal and Chicago Comedy festivals and clubs across the country.. She has written on �Girls Behaving Badly�, �Chelsea Lately�, �Coach Charming� and was a producer on �Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor� for Nick Mom. She has done hundreds of national commercials and voice-overs, including campaigns for Vons/Safeway, Mattel, Ford, and Kraft. Her hobbies include gambling and, well, thats it.

WHAT IS IT?
PRETTY, FUNNY WOMEN is the longest running, all female stand-up comedy show in the country. Created in 1996, PFW is run, booked & hosted by comedienne & writer LISA SUNDSTEDT (aka The Heidi Fleiss of Comedy). PFW has been running strong in several venues for over 12 years including The Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, The Comedy Stop at the Trop in Atlantic City, The La Jolla Comedy Store, The Commerce Casino and currently plays every month at the World Famous Hollywood Improv. It features a different line up each show with a roster of over thirty seasoned comics who can be seen regularly on network television series, national commercials, hit sitcoms, Comedy Central Specials & The Tonight Show w Jay Leno. Some of the women who have been featured in PFW over the past decade are Sarah Silverman, Chelsea Handler, Sherri Shepherd, Margaret Cho & Aisha Tyler. All the comics from Lisa’s roster are hip, sexy, fun and hysterical! Stand up comedy has never looked so good.
WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE?
Individually, these comics work colleges and clubs across the country. PFW features an amazing line up of five of these women doing their BEST 20 minutes. The tone of the show is sexy, irreverent, & smart. These comics are pros who have been working with each other for years. The chemistry between Lisa, the comics & the audience is unlike any other show out there.

Women love it because it’s smart, honest, hysterical and relatable. Young boys love it because it’s sexy. Men love it because it’s genuinely funny. Young girls love it because they all want to be us. Angel Laketa Moore was born in Baltimore, Md, raised in Kentucky and is the youngest of four girls. The acting bug hit Angel very young, so she begin acting in plays in school and at church by the age of 7. After high school, she attended the University of Kentucky, where she received a bachelors of arts in theater. Then she went on to get her master of fine arts degree in acting from the University of California, Irvine. Then in 2006 she moved up to Los Angeles, and began working immediately on the hit tv show ER for three seasons. Angel started doing stand up January of 2010 and is loving every minute of it. She is currently living in Los Angeles with her wonderful husband Marcus I and her adorable 1 year old son Marcus II.

Sam is a locally based comic residing in West Hollywood. For a small blonde from Newport Beach she brings a refreshingly dark take on politics and relationships.

Writer, director and producer Hannah Mendelson decided to add "stand-up comedian" to her skill set earlier this year. Hannah began her career in awe-inspiring St. Louis, MO, before making the move to Los Angeles, in 2015. As a producer, her work has spanned over many different outlets including Netflix, E!, Lifetime, TLC, and many more. Her past comedy credits include being called inappropriate by her mother, and Lewis Black said that she was "funny", once.

Comedian Kimmie Gilbert

Kimmie Gilbert is a stand-up comic who performs at venues all over the Los Angeles area. She also has a background in improv from UCB, is part of Lisa Sundstedt's "Pretty, Funny Women," and TK Matteson's "Rebels of Comedy."
