Winner of the 2016 Australian 'Mo Award' for 'Comic of the Year', Jackie Loeb has delighted audiences across Australia and around the world. Jackie has appeared at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, The Burbank Comedy Festival, The Sydney Comedy Festival, The TV1 New Zealand Comedy Festival, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival and The Vodafone International Comedy Festival in South Africa where she was labeled “pick of the crop”.
Now based in Los Angeles, Jackie is a regular at many of the comedy clubs and was nominated for 'Best Comedy Show' at the 'Hollywood Fringe Festival'.

Comedians: comedians must come to the auditions and be passed to perform. Upon being passed, comedians will receive the link to sign up. Comedians must arrive by start of mic in order to participate. Comedians may no longer sign up at the start of the mic, but must ign up in advance ONLINE only. NOTE: purchasing the ticket below does NOT include performance - this is for guests only. We value the importance of creating a positive and supportive comedy community, and in order to continue to provide opportunities, we are asking all comedians and guests to observe the following code of ethics:
Funny:
*PG to PG-13 comedy at the open mics - because the open mics (especially the bar shows) are in shared areas where guests from the mainroom shows (sometimes all ages) are located, we are asking comedians to air on the side of working clean. If you are not sure whether or not your joke is clean or dirty, it’s dirty. It doesn’t need to be squeaky clean, but shouldn’t be any crazier than something you’d see on a Tonight Show set.
*Please do not scream or yell at the top of your lungs. You have a microphone to amplify you. Our rooms are soundproof, but there are other shows already in progress.
Professional:
*Please do not bring in ANY outside food or beverage. It’s not allowed any place in the building. Order something to eat or drink with us!
*Please do not bring in any backpacks or anything larger than a purse. This is for security and safety reasons. Keep it in the trunk of your car, please!
*Please treat the staff, comedians, and guests with courtesy and respect.
*Please respect the space. Do not walk through a room to get to another room. Please go and stay in the area where you are performing. If there is a buffet set up for a party or large event, chances are, it’s not your party. Please don’t eat off of any buffets or any special set ups.
Supportive
*We are asking all comedians to pay a $5 ticket to the open mic and to observe a one-item minimum per person. Comics must be passed by the booking department in order to receive the sign-up links. There are no walk-up performers allowed. The Auditions will continue to remain free and open to all.

April Hava Shenkman, Comedian & Performance just beat the gong on THE GONG SHOW on abc, doing her famous speed talking pig speech.
She is the creator of THE HAPPY HAPPY SHOW, a comedy show that ran weekly @ El Cid in Los Angeles. She also created THE HAPPY HAPPY SHOW web series, of which she produced 11 episodes. In 2012 Hava completed her 2nd comedy art film series, "HAVA calendar," which has been exhibited at Iam8bit Art gallery in Los Angeles 2013 & the 909 film festival. Her one woman show "HAVA" ran at Atwater Crossing & the Gardenia Club in Hollywood. Hava has created numerous one woman shows & comedy prodcutions in Los Angeles over the past decade.
