Hazel is a Nicaraguan Artist - Comedian. Born in The Capitol of Leon, she began her stage debut at The Miss Nicaragua Contest. She continued forward and represented her country at The Miss World Pageant as Queen of Nicaragua. Following the success of her pageant career she transitioned into the Miami entertainment industry. She hosted “Caliente” on Univision, Costarred “Tierras De Pasiones” on Telemundo and lead a national McDonald campaign. In Los Angeles, Hazel rose to commercial prominence booking national spots for Sprint, Honda, AT&T, Pistachios, Wells Fargo and many more. Following her commercial opportunities she played the part of Lola on the longest running American Soap Opera “General Hospital.” Currently Hazel has graduated from Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), played at the Festival DCM19 in New York and performed original Storytelling at The Moth. Her sights are set on stand up comedy.
