Wendy Wilkins is an award-winning screenwriter and comedian who was named one of ISA’s Top-25 Screenwriters to Watch in 2019.
Hailing from upstate New York, Wendy has worked in Hollywood for over 25 years. She’s been a Warner Brothers Writers’ Workshop Participant, an ABC/Disney Writing Program Finalist, a Final Draft’s Big Break Contest Top-10 Finalist, and a Meryl Streep Writers Lab Finalist along with 50 other awards.
Wendy’s feature comedy screenplay WHERE THE MEN ARE won Best Comedy at the 2019 Creative Screenwriting Awards. Her post-apocalyptic television pilot ONE MORE DAY won best screenplay at the 2020 Space & Time Film Festival and 2019 Sherman Oaks Film Festival. The radio play version is on YouTube with 37,000+ listens.
Wendy performs comedy all over the country, opens for Ian Bagg and Laura Hayden, been a finalist for California’s Funniest Female and won Uncle Clyde’s Comedy Contest in 1996.
