Joey Newfield majored in Theatre and Statistics at Florida State University because it made sense at the time. He frequently performs stand up comedy and was a finalist of the 2012 Chicago's The Second City Next UP Stand Up Comedy Competition. He was the Vice President of the 30in60 Sketch and Improv Comedy Troupe on campus and performed numerous shows with 30in60 during his time at FSU. He also performed in many plays through the Student Theatre Association, most notably as Renfield in Dracula, Davis in Red Light Winter, and a plethora of characters in Debbie Does Dallas: The Musical. Joey has acted in films at FSU and has appeared in commercials for Drive Safe Georgia and Givingpoint.org. Joey just wants to act and make comedy all the time.
