Flex Alexander, a comedy vet widely known for his starring role as a single father on the UPN sitcom One on One became a regular on the stand up circuit at clubs and shows like Stand Up New York, The Improv, Laugh Factory, Showtime at the Apollo and Def Comedy Jam. Flex landed roles in movies like Juice and Snakes on a Plane, in addition to roles on Girlfriends, and the short-lived sitcoms Where I Live, Homeboys in Outer Space and Total Security. He guest starred on the popular shows Sister, Sister, The Parkers, Single Ladies, Blue Bloods and CSI:Miami. Returning to his stand-up roots, Flex shares well crafted jokes that poke fun at the trials of everyday life, family, marriage and parenthood. Flex and his wife Shanice are currently starring in a docu-series on OWN featuring their life.
