Ruby Besler is the creator and host of the hilarious web series THE RUBY BESLER SHOW, a sexy parody on the 1940s instructional videos. In 2013, the show was nominated for Best Cabaret at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. That same year, one of the webisodes was accepted into the Queer Fringe Film Festival in London.
Ruby has performed her comedy up and down the West Coast, with various burlesque troops. She also produces her own shows in LA and Boston. In early March of this year, she performed her one woman cabaret NAUGHTY LESSONS at Club Oberon, a 188 seat night club in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ruby's show was listed as #1 Critic's Choice for Comedy for that week in the Boston Globe.
She is currently writing a half hour comedy pilot, which she will be pitching to various networks.
