Frank was born and raised in southern California. Growing up in his particular Mexican family trained him how to make others laugh and gave him the ability to laugh at himself. His brand of comedy offers an outsiders point of view on some things others may have overlooked. When he's not trying to figure out how to get people to laugh at him, he enjoys warping his own reality with beer and whatever else he can get his hands on.
