Jessica Singer was born and raised in Oxnard, Ca. After earning a degree in film production from UC Santa Cruz, Jessica moved back to "the 805" to pursue comedy and is now taking LA by storm. When she's not doing stand-up, Jessica records her podcast "South Park Party with Jessica Singer" on 805 Comedy Underground Network. She is also a glitter tattoo artist.
