Bunni Wong often jokes â€"I grew up in a Texas town so small that the Elementary, Jr High and High School were in the same building-in the same room!†Later Bunni moved to Houston & remarks, â€"I landed a cradle to grave job, but wasn’t happy. I stole supplies…called in phony bomb threats, but still couldn’t find my happy place.†Then Bunny entered and won an amateur comedy competition. â€"I’d planned on pursuing comedy at night & still work but supervisors figured out that I was the thief calling in bomb threats, so they fired me!†Luckily Bunni perfected her act and started landing local comedy club gigs which led to TV. She also headlined colleges and military bases. Bunni put her comedy career on hold to get married.
