Ryan Ciecwisz has been performing stand-up comedy since he was in high school. His sense of humor is autobiographically based, and he also is self-deprecating and utilizes some absurdism.
After high school, he went to Ithaca College where he studies cinema. Right away, he joined the stand-up and improv-focused student organization, Comedy Club. Later, he was accepted into the audition based Stand-Up Club. Through both of these clubs, Ryan has performed numerous times around his campus.
Ryan served as the president of Comedy Club during his junior year, where he organized seven shows, five of them stand-up shows and two of them improv shows. He hosted all five of the stand-up shows.
When he was not at Ithaca College, Ryan did many shows in New York City, including ones at Gotham Comedy Club and Broadway Comedy Club. Since moving to LA, Ryan does open mics multiple times a week.
