Maddy Smith is a NYC-based comedian who has appeared at clubs, festivals, and competitions all over the city and surrounding region. Raised and educated in upstate, NY, Maddy's comedy is a mix of self deprecation, general observations, and crowd work. Maddy is a writer; her writing has appeared in McSweeney's and her own site, The Amusing. She draws inspiration from experience, her suburban upbringing, and odd interactions with individuals on her comedic path.
