Kyle was born to an Irish Catholic family in Cooper City, Florida and has felt guilty about it ever since. To his knowledge, he is the only person in the world to be nominated for both "Best Effort" at St. David's Basketball Camp and "Best Screenplay" at the China Short Film Academy Awards.
