This consultant-turned-comic finally found a job where he can't get fired for making offensive comments... hopefully. Jeff Proctor grew up in the country in Kansas, once lived with his sister in Arkansas, and finally made it all the was to our nation's capital in Washington, DC. He presently travels the country splitting time between clients and comedy clubs. In high school, he competed for the Kansas state championship in reading... and lost.
