Marlene has just been doing standup for a couple of years. But with her awkwardness, low energy level and deadpane face she has somehow made the Norwegian audience laugh.
She's now making the journey to the United States to make you laugh, too. She's has previously entertained audiences ranging from four drunken idiots to 200 people. She's done shows in Sweden and Denmark too, at Lund and at the Zulu festival.
With striking calm, Marlene will tell you all about her views on politics, her awkward everyday encounters and observations. Some would say she seems mean, but we can assure you she's happy on the inside.
