Hrag Tarbinian was raised in Los Angeles and graced Santa Cruz with his overt Armenian charm in 2011 to attend UCSC. After pursuing a math degree, he made the obvious choice to then pursue a life of comedy, it adds up. Tarbinian is loud, dynamic and making his way through the open mics of The Santa Cruz Comedy Coalition and beyond. Bringing to light the struggle of being perceived as a threat to a country that he adores, makes Tarbinian’s voice relevant, notable and worth checking out.
