Birungi is a Ugandan comedian based out of Seattle, Washington. For the last 2 years, he has been a regular feature at various shows in Seattle, Portland, Olympia, Boston & other small cities/towns. He also recently featured at the NW Black Comedy festival in Portland, Oregon.
