Jason Blackwell is an up and coming stand-up comedian and recent transplant to Los Angeles. He is thrilled to be appearing at an upcoming comedy show at Flappers where he’ll share the stage with local greats and other debut comedic talents. His credits include screenwriting as a Quarterfinalist for the Nicholl Fellowship, writing/directing Periods of Rain, an independent feature film, and playwright/director for Just Like Horses, a musical for the Chicago Musical Theatre Festival.
