Angela Dennison is a Seattle native and comedy connoisseur. In 2002, Angela met David Dennison at a comedy show. The two soon married and opened Laughs Comedy Spot in Kirkland in June 2007. Laughs Comedy Spot hosted national touring headliners for 9 years with one of the hottest open mics in the Seattle area. In 2011 Angela was named as one of the â€"Eastside Women Entrepreneur’s Leading Ladies†by 425 Magazine. In September of 2016, David and Angela partnered with Terry Taylor to open Laughs Comedy Club in Seattle’s University District. 2018, Terry retired and David and Angela are now sole owners of the business.
Angela enjoys mentoring new comics and show producers. David and Angela scout talent at Montreal JFL and Bridgetown comedy festival as well as New York and Los Angeles.
