Brian Paul (BP) Mendoza, who is nearly 50, will keep this brief. Born in Sacramento but raised in DC, BP was a child radio actor, then a community theatre performing adolescent -- the 80s. A conservatory student majoring in musical theatre performance followed by an extensive turn as a Broadway dancer -- the 90s. A produced playwright in Los Angeles then critically acclaimed choreographer, also in Los Angeles (LA Ovation Award Winner for Best Choreography) -- the 00s. A NY theatre festival guerilla stage manager, a BA holding college graduate, a superstar-cater-waiter and now, an MFA Screenwriting Fellow at The American Film Institute -- the two-thousand-teens. So lucky, so grateful, so thankful.
