Jack Bates was born in rural Northern California and is a farm girl doing whatever it takes to make it in the big city. In his comedy he enjoys looking at the lighter side of the dark side of things. He got into stand-up to pursue the attention and approval he never got from his father. He currently resides in Pasadena, CA, with his personality disorders and porcelain cat collection.
