Ivi was born in Albania and raised in the town of Catskill in upstate New York. A fan of stand up his entire life, Ivi first dabbled in open mics in Ithaca, NY while studying at Cornell University. He has been performing in the Washington, DC area over the last 2+ years. His comedy focuses on growing up as an immigrant in the U.S., talking about his parents, and generally being as self-deprecating as he can. You can see him perform regularly as a house comic for the Laugh Index Theatre in DC, where he was voted Best Comic for the 2019-2020 season.
