Kids Party Request Form

We have created the perfect environment for your kids Birthday Party!

Every Saturday at 4:30pm in Burbank and select Sundays at 4:30pm in Claremont, Flappers Comedy Club and Restaurant presents “Two Milk Minimum,” a Family-Friendly-Comedy Show hosted by Michael Rayner (Sesame Street, David Letterman) that features a rotating cast of comedy/variety performers as seen on Nickelodeon, the Disney-Channel, and Cartoon Network. The show is designed for family-friendly parties, and includes time for cake & presents as well as the opportunity for the kids to interact with the performers on stage and maybe even get onstage and tell a few jokes themselves. Kids under two get in free!

Grown up Meal - $15 per person - pizza & salad package
B-Day cakes - $55 and up

DRINK: Kids Drinks - $2 per person. Unltd juice box or water
Adult Drinks - $4.5 per person. Unltd fountain soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade, coffee, tea or water. Full Cash bar or hosted bar available.

LAUGH: Show tickets - $10 per person. Sales tax + event charge will be additional


We suggest choosing from one of the four party packages below:
Richy Rich - The Complete package - you pay for all kids and all adults tickets & food and beverage. There are no additional minimums to be met.Dennis The Menace - You are paying for everyone's tickets and the kids meals, but you are NOT paying for any adult food and beverage. Adults must still purchase a Two (2) item minimum per person. Any combination of food or beverage.Alfalfa - You are paying for the kids show tickets and kids meals. Adults may attend but must still purchase a show ticket and observe our two (2) item minimum per person. Any combination of food or beverage.Tom Sawyer - Everyone pays for themselves - we can accommodate groups up to 100. Just please make a reservation for your group so that we know you are coming and let us know the guest of honor!

After we receive the answers to these questions, we can give you a call to prepare an estimate for your party.
A 50% deposit is required to hold all parties. Remaining balance is paid on event date. ALL MINIMUM GUEST COUNTS MUST BE PROVIDED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.
22% event charge & sales tax will be added to all estimates. On site event planners are also available to help you with your event.
