Every Friday night, Flappers Comedy Club- Burbank presents live Comedy Entertainment right in the heart of Downtown Burbank, the Entertainment Capital of the world. Flappers is located at the corner of First and Magnolia. We have plenty of of Free Parking all over downtown and Lots of Laughs. Shows will run with major headliners at 8 and 10pm. Comedian Paul Morrissey

Paul was one of the final comedians to debut on "The Late Show with David Letterman" & he also made four appearances "The Late, Late Show". He’s performed at the Montreux Comedy Festival in Switzerland, Magner’s Comedy Festival in Asia and performed on the Armed Forces Entertainment Tour in Iraq. Morrissey was selected to perform at the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival in New York and the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal.
After quitting his TV Sports Anchor job with ABC, Morrissey moved to New York City to pursue a career in comedy. He’s been the opening act for Weird Al Yankovic and Jim Gaffigan and he co-hosted the popular "Come To Papa†podcast with Tom Papa on Sirius XM. He also appeared in the Nike "Riquickulous" commercials with NBA star Chris Paul. Morrissey’s one hour comedy special, â€"A Real Humdinger†now has over 10 million views online.

Matthew Friend is an old soul living inside a 23-year-old comedian/actor/impressionist's body. Matthew graduated from NYU’s Gallatin School in 2020, but his love of comedy and entertainment was sparked when he was four years old. He had watched Austin Powers (yes, as a four-year-old) and started mimicking the characters’ voices"and the rest was history. To date, Matthew has over 420K followers on TikTok.
