Every Friday night, Flappers Comedy Club- Burbank presents live Comedy Entertainment right in the heart of Downtown Burbank, the Entertainment Capital of the world. Flappers is located at the corner of First and Magnolia. We have plenty of of Free Parking all over downtown and Lots of Laughs. Shows will run with major headliners at 8 and 10pm. Born in Detroit and raised in upstate New York, Dave Reinitz grew up working in the restaurant business and spent years traveling the country in an old motorhome before finally settling in Los Angeles. And after a couple of dear friends signed him up for a comedy class, he was forever changed.
Since then, Dave has performed in 6 countries and throughout the US alongside many of the biggest names in comedy. He has released 4 comedy specials: “Side Effects May Include” (2001), “Bowling for Common Sense” (2006), “Live in Bangladesh” (2014), and most recently, “Sharing” (2018). As a junior at UCSD Kareem started his comedy career as a dare. Before long he was a regular at the La Jolla Comedy Store where he was featured in the documentary film "The Main Room". After graduating from UCSD Kareem returned home to Los Angeles and continued his career working in local clubs such as the Improv, Ice House, Comedy and Magic Club and Flappers. He immediately got television exposure on MTV and B.E.T's Comic View. He participated as a "new face" in Montreal's Just For Laughs Festival. He's appeared on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and has been featured in dozens of national commercials for products such as Miller Lite, Nike, and Boost Mobile.

Comedian Steph Tolev

Steph Tolev is a stand up and sketch comedian from Toronto, Canada currently living in Los Angeles. Her unique brand of absurd and personal comedy has made her an audience favorite across North America both on stage and on television. As a stand up, Steph has done the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal four times, three of which were taped for TV and air on the Comedy Network. Steph made her American TV debut on on Comedy Central part of Bill Burr’s new show “The Ringers”. She was recently named one of Vultures “Comics You Should and Will Know” and one of Comedy Central’s “Up Next” comics to watch. She also co-wrote and co-stars in the Comedy Central web series ” Steph & Deb” with comedian Deb Digiovanni. Steph can also be seen in the Amazon show “Please Understand Me” produced by Sarah Silverman and was featured in season two of “Corporate” on Comedy Central. Steph has won the Canadian Comedy Award for Best Female Stand up and was a finalist in Sirius XM’s next top comic.
She was well-received at the acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe Fest, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Clusterfest, Laughing Skull Festival, San Fran Sketch Fest, High Plaines, Big Sky Festival, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver Sketch Fest’s, NXNE, and JFL42. Steph has released four albums, “So Many Wolves” in 2014 with her sketch duo Ladystache and most recently “Older & Wider”. On her own she has ” Hot N’ Hungry” from 2016 and just recently “I’m Not Well” that was nominated for a Juno Award for Best Comedy Album.
