Pancho began his acting career after his professional skateboard career was derailed by an injury. His first role was the lead in John Mellencamp’s music video â€Å"Walk Tall." As the first little person lifetime member of the famed Actor’s Studio, he continues his goal to reimagine how disability is portrayed on screen. He runs the production company Nonstandard Productions with his wife, Emily Pascal.
